[game] Tomato Sauce Becomes Pixels - Over

What are you talking about Ori you silly girl you may say. What does that mean and how in the world is it related to Sams? But I promise, there is a meaning behind the silly name of this thread. It's a silly meaning, sure, but it's there. And the relation to our lovable little equines is simple.

I enjoy pixeling. Sams are cute to pixel. There are too many Sams for me to easily choose who to pixel next. And so, I decided to hold a little game, the prize of which is that you choose one of your Sams and I will make pixel art of them, similar to the Sams seen in my attack of the pixels thread.

So, now that we've covered how this thread relates to Sams...I suppose you'd like an explanation as to where the tomato sauce came from, yes? Quite simple. I made tomato sauce at work this week. And it seemed like a fun little thing to turn into a guess the number game with a twist. Twist? Yes, you see, at work we weigh everything up using metric units, but I still visualize things better in old fashion pounds. And so, your challenge, should you choose to accept it, is to guess just how much tomato sauce I made this week. And here's the twist. There are two possible answers. One is the amount in pounds, one is the amount in kilograms, both rounded to the nearest whole number. This means that your guess must indicate which unit you're guessing in. You are welcome to switch back and forth between units as you guess, but you may only guess in one unit per post, and one guess every 15 minutes.

First one to guess correctly wins! Later on I will be posting some hints to help narrow down the range, but for now I'll just say that I do not work in a factory setting, so no jumbo plant sized production batches.

*looks up at post* Now...hopefully that isn't too confusing. Let's see if I can sum things up.

      - Guess a number, making sure to include either kg (kilograms) or lbs (pounds) after it
      - Whole numbers only please
      - Each person can make one guess every 15 minutes
      - No editing or deleting guesses; if someone beat you to your guess I'm afraid you'll still have to wait 15 minutes to guess again
      - First correct guess wins pixel art of their choice of Sam!
      - Non-owners may participate if they wish to gift their prize to an owner; I would like to work on the pixel this week
      - There is only one prize, so only the first of the two possible answers will win
      - Have fun!

And you can probably tell Ori is not used to running games. Do ask if anything up there is confusing.

Start time: Now!
End time: Whenever someone guesses correctly

Ah, one more thing I forgot to put in my list... Put it in the bulk of text, but not the summary. I've rounded these to the nearest whole number, so guesses should be in whole numbers, no decimals.

But nope, not 7 or 8 pounds worth.

Oops XD
I read that, and then completely forgot about it when I wrote out my guess. Too excited, I suppose!

Ah, not a problem. Caught and fixed soon enough. Like I said, I've not really run games before, so I'm hoping I didn't make too big of a mess of the first post. I'll try to do better in the future if I decide to run more of these.

I'm going to be gone for a few hours...but keep on guessing! I'll check all guesses when I get back.

But I will say, everyone is thinking too small so far!

Getting a couple of very close guesses out there! But still no one's figured out just how much tomato sauce I made! It is less than 100 lbs, so no need to go higher now. And it doesn't end in 0, not in pounds anyways.
