Although the Chimerical Lofts have fewer restrictions around breedings than other Lofts, there are still some guidelines and regulations that must be observed.
- At least one parent must be a Wild or Kreenasa dragonet.
- At least one parent must be provided by the applicant. The Lofts will provide an additional parent if requested.
- Any non-dragonet parents must be of a pet-type species.
- The size of a non-dragonet parent is irrelevant as their genetic material will be combined through magical, non-physical means.
- If asked, the applicant will state that they do not know the identity of the other parent.
- Brooding females may be hosted at the Lofts free of charge in exchange for one egg from the clutch. The owner may also choose to host a breeding female at a location of their choosing.
- Fertility of the resulting hatchlings is not guaranteed, and is indeed unlikely.
- The Lofts may choose no more than one hatchling from the resulting clutch.
- Failure to follow these regulations will result in a permanent ban from the Chimerical Lofts (and possible persecution, but as long as everyone keeps their mouths shut they’ll be fine).
